Our quality inspections are carried out in accordance with internationally recognized quality control standards, including ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, ISO 2859, and MIL-STD-105E, ensuring consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

We are able to send an inspector anywhere in Bangladesh to your factory within 48 hours and provide a detailed inspection report within 24 hours. Below are the different inspection steps followed by our inspectors when inspecting your goods during the inspection:
1. Quantity:
Quantity of finished, semi-finished, and packed garments, quantity of cartons.
2. Product Appearance:
Outlook, styling, color, measurements, weight, fabric quality, and fabric content.
3. Workmanship:
List of workmanship defects, defect rate, and severity of defects found.
4. Functional Testing:
Common functional tests of the products and any special tests required by our clients.
5. Packing & Packaging:
Appearance, packaging materials, dimensions, weight, sealing materials, and carton condition.
6. Marking & Labeling:
Labels, stickers, logos, barcodes, size labels, care labels, and shipping marks.
Our Extensive Range of Audit Areas
Factory Audit
Factory Audit (FA): A Factory Audit (FA) should be performed before placing an order with a new supplier, and it normally takes one day. The Factory Audit is conducted at the manufacturer’s premises or anywhere in Bangladesh. This audit is carried out to evaluate the factory’s overall status and capabilities before production begins and should be conducted on a regular basis.
Procedure: When a new order is going to be placed with a factory that has not been previously approved or whose status is unknown to the client, the client can request a Factory Audit through MEXIS GLOBAL TRADE. Upon receiving the confirmed audit request, MEXIS GLOBAL TRADE will immediately assign a qualified auditor.
Audit Content: The following steps are carried out by our auditor during the factory audit:
Factory location, production area, building condition, and layout approval.
Verification of all legal documents and certifications.
Factory workforce, production process, and management system.
Annual turnover and existing client portfolio.
Product categories, production capacity, production monitoring, and factory condition.
Verification of import and export licenses and other required documents.
Factory Quality Audit
Factory Quality Audit (FQA): When a comprehensive audit is not required, but a quick, efficient, and cost-effective supplier evaluation is needed, a Factory Quality Audit (FQA) is the ideal solution. This audit is mainly conducted before placing an order during the sourcing process. It enables buyers to verify, evaluate, and qualify a supplier before making any business commitment. This service is carried out at the manufacturer’s premises.
Procedure: Upon receiving a confirmed audit request from the client, MEXIS GLOBAL TRADE will immediately assign a qualified auditor to conduct the Factory Quality Audit.
Social Audit (SA)
Social Audit (SA): In today’s global marketplace, social responsibility has become one of the highest priorities for buyers, importers, retailers, and fashion brands. MEXIS GLOBAL TRADE offers Social Audit (SA) services in Bangladesh to verify whether suppliers comply with the required social compliance standards in accordance with SA 8000 international standards. Assessing your supplier through a Social Audit helps protect your brand reputation and ensures your business partners operate responsibly. Before placing an order or making any financial commitment, verify and qualify your supplier’s social accountability. This service is conducted at the manufacturer’s premises.
Procedure: Upon receiving a confirmed audit request from the client, MEXIS GLOBAL TRADE will immediately assign a qualified auditor to conduct the Social Audit.

Production Monitoring & Quality Control

Shipping & Logistics Management
MEXIS GLOBAL TRADE provides complete Shipping & Logistics Management services, offering a reliable one-stop solution from the factory to our clients’ destination or warehouse. We work with carefully selected, experienced freight forwarders and C&F agents to ensure smooth, secure, and timely delivery of every shipment.
We are also pleased to work with any freight forwarder or C&F agent nominated by our clients. Our logistics team coordinates closely with both the factory and the shipping partners to ensure all goods are dispatched and delivered without delays or complications.
Our logistics staff ensures that all required export documentation—including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other shipping documents—is prepared accurately and delivered to our clients on time.
